Idêntico Prestígio, Lda is established in mainland Portugal. The company controls the information collected when you interact with it through its websites, products, services or other online activities (the ‘Services’), and is responsible for data processing.

However, despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee the security of your information. Perfect security does not exist.

We may retain information about you for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. In addition, we may retain your information for an additional period of time, as permitted or required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements, among other things. Where required by applicable law, we will delete your information when it is no longer necessary or when requested to do so. Please note that even if we delete your information from active databases, it may remain on archival or backup media, as well as in other information systems.
