A life story that became a mission
hosy was born from real life, from the experience of a woman who, juggling an international career, family life and everyday challenges, felt first-hand the lack of a reliable service that would take care of her space, and her house, with the same attention she would give it herself.
Yara Valdez, founder of hosy, brings with her decades of experience in service management, training and customer service in demanding contexts such as large financial institutions, multinational corporations and high-responsibility business environments.
With a degree in Social Communication and a Masters in Communication Business Management, Yara combined her professional career with her natural vocation: caring and organising. This is how hosy was born, a project that is both technical and deeply human.

In the past, I felt the need to seek support in managing and organising my home. I looked for a tailor-made service, but couldn’t find one. hosy was born out of this gap.
