Mentoring is a guidance and development process in which we support families, individuals and companies who wish to transform their everyday spaces into vibrant and welcoming environments. Our aim is to provide support that helps people to move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose in the area of domestic sciences, thereby awakening the care and beauty of each place.

What do we do in mentoring?

As a home is not just a physical space, but also a living, relational organism, we help to develop domestic soft skills — behavioural skills applied to the context of managing and caring for a home.

We work with each person to transform the way they live, care for and organise their home, encouraging awareness, sensitivity and intention. Our approach goes beyond teaching domestic tasks; we guide individuals to take care of their homes in a lighter, more efficient way that aligns with their reality and values.

What are the six main areas of mentoring support?

1.1. Self-awareness and your relationship with your home

  • Analyse how a person relates to their home environment.
  • Identify any habits or resistance to housekeeping.
  • Dedicate time to viewing the home as an extension of well-being, rather than a burden.

1.2. Diagnosis of the domestic routine

  • Discover the rhythm of the home, its real demands and points of tension.
  • Map out activities, responsibilities and family dynamics.
  • List priorities and decide what to keep or change.

1.3. Purposeful organisation

  • Implement practical organisation systems tailored to the individual’s routine.
  • Design strategies for maintaining order with fluidity and autonomy, without rigidity.
  • Provide guidance focused on the specific needs of each environment.

1.4. Time and Energy Management

  • Choose realistic and sustainable domestic routines.
  • Modify routines to form habits, avoiding overload and perfectionism.
  • Build domestic tasks into simple, everyday habits.

1.5. Conscious and sustainable eating

  • Take advantage of the kitchen layout to optimise time.
  • Practical and economical tips to facilitate preparation and avoid food waste.
  • The home as a space for nutrition, comfort and self-care.

1.6. Personalised monitoring and support

  • Regular meetings (online or in person) to provide guidance, share experiences and review and adjust concepts.
  • A space for active listening to address questions, progress, and challenges.
  • Plans and support materials (e.g. expense control tables, lists of favourite meals, checklists).
